RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is supporting a client in the Health and Human Services sector to identify Senior Systems Analysts to support their ongoing initiatives. This is a fully remote position, with the potential to convert into FTE. We are looking for individuals with exceptional Business Process Management, File Process, SQL and analytical skills.

Summary:The Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing systems analysis for systems implementation and software development projects. You will work with the business to gather business requirements and generate systems requirements to provide solutions using the requirements development practices. The Senior Systems Analyst will also develop and manage requirements, create user stories or use cases, provide support for testing and production support to system stakeholders as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant degree program 5+ years of experience in top skills required for this position Proficient in writing complex SQL queries using joins, groupings, etc. Demonstrated understanding of relational database applications and modeling concepts Proven experience translating business requirements and objectives into technical system requirements for development and testing teams Experience with application and integration requirements gathering, including API design/management and tools such as Postman and Apigee Experience with Business Process Modeling (BPM) methodology, specifically BPMN standard notation and tools required to facilitate BPM documentation Solid understanding of file formats such as XML/XSD and JSON Proven liaison between business users and technical system teams Hands-on experience working with fast paced Agile project teams including participation in stand ups, retrospectives, sprints and other Agile ceremonies Experience working remotely with geographically dispersed teams, including offshore Advanced problem solving and analytical abilities Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of AWS cloud services and concepts a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
