Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

This position involves installing new HVAC systems, replacing existing equipment, and ensuring all work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes.

Key Responsibilities

Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork, and related components

Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment safely and efficiently

Read and interpret installation manuals, blueprints, and job specifications

Ensure proper system setup, testing, and commissioning

Verify correct airflow, refrigerant charge, electrical connections, and system performance

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite

Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system operation and basic maintenance

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Complete required paperwork, job documentation, and photos as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices

EPA Section 608 Certification (required)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
