Great opportunity, for a First Class Experienced Carpenter - Part-time with references and phone numbers, to do repairs to stair rails, balconies, cabinets, window sills; door frames, trim work, in residential rental property. Many projects, with flexible hours. Must have All Tools, Good DMV and Reliable Transportation.
