Painter

Looking for a motivated individual to paint apartments and small repairs in apartment units and buildings. Must be able to cut and roll as well as spray, as some apartment buildings are one and not the other. Must have reliable transportation, as you may go from one property to another on a daily basis. Must have your own tools and equipment to do the job. We will provide all paint materials. Must be able to work independently and efficiently. Pay is on a weekly basis and is paid per Job completed.

You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
