Maintenance Tech

Position Summary:

General apartment maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and apartment turns.

The ability to understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance.

Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly.

Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Must have a valid drivers license

Guaranteed 40 hour work week, paid every week, paid holidays.
