Field Operations Area Manager

Local commercial service provider is looking for a motivated and engaging leader to serve as a Senior Janitorial Manager in the Virginia Hampton Roads Southside area.

We are a local, family-owned business with a strong focus on serving our community. Our Senior Leadership team is made up of experienced leaders with 5 to 15 years of tenure with ServiceMaster. We are dedicated, proud of our work, and protective of each other.

In this role as the Senior Area Manager, you would oversee Janitorial Cleaning Services for an average of 25 sites. Most of our janitorial work is completed in the evening after the client has left for the day. Your oversight would require proactive hiring, engagement, and development of your team. At times this would include pulling up your sleeves and working alongside in order to teach, train and provide extra coverage.
