Sous Chef

Local upscale restaurant seeking Experienced Sous Chef. Must be extremely proficient in seafood fabrication, seafood preparation, knowledge of sauce preparation, experienced in high end ingredients, experienced in food costing & menu creation. Please respond w/ current resume for consideration. Interviews will include kitchen skill &; cooking demonstration. Wage would be dependent on experience but would begin at $55k+and go up based on skill level
