Job Title: Install HelperJob DescriptionWe are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as POD Builders (Base & Shelf). You will be tasked with building inventory bins, referred to as 'PODS', at Amazon sites to enhance automation. This role involves a significant amount of physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting throughout the day. You will be using hand and power tools for mechanical assembly, performing light housekeeping tasks, and assisting with inventory management.Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical components of inventory bins (PODS) using hand and power tools.

Engage in physical activities such as standing, walking, and lifting throughout the day.

Ensure accurate and efficient assembly by paying close attention to detail.

Document any errors encountered during the assembly process.

Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized work area.

Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in using rivet guns, power tools, and hand tools.

Experience in mechanical assembly and production.

Capability to lift boxes and heavy objects regularly (up to 40lbs).

Strong attention to detail and ability to document errors.

Effective communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Construction or a related field is an advantage.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physical environment.
