Job Family :SAAS/PAAS/Cloud ConsultingTravel Required :Up to 10%Clearance Required :NoneWhat You Will Do :We are looking for a hands-on software engineer with deep knowledge of Microsoft Power platform, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer. An expert on Power Apps to design, configure and develop custom solutions in Microsoft Power platform. The candidate will take an active role in supporting and building on the MPP application. The candidate will have excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or the board of directors. The candidate should have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.Responsibilities:Drive Microsoft Power Platform implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployIdentify the client's sales, marketing, and customer service requirements through discovery meetingsHelp design the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create, define specifications for and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements using SQL Server Reporting ServicesConduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentationDevelop and continue to refine Power Platform implementation standards and toolsPresent tailored demonstrations of the technology solutionResponsible for high quality, bug-free development as per the coding standards in close collaboration and interaction with other members of the development/QA teamParticipate in daily project scrum meetings and provide a daily personal status reportCollaborate with stakeholders and project team members to design and implement the enterprise Microsoft Dynamics solution ensuring high quality, reliableServe as Microsoft Power Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME), with technical expertise including system architecture, solution design, system configuration, and security managementHelp create design documentation for new solutions and functionsWork with the support team to resolve production support issuesMentor the junior developers and help build the knowledge baseWhat You Will Need : Minimum EIGHT (8) years of relevant experience Support SharePoint Online applications and architecture, Microsoft Power Platform applications specifically PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. This includes application development and supporting project staff in developing new business solutions, providing architecture advice on existing applications that are experiencing technical or functional deficiencies, and improving processes and procedures for existing applications. Demonstrated knowledge designing, developing, and deploying enterprise portals and solutions on SharePoint Online platforms, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SXLT, CSOM. Development of SharePoint applications, including deployment packages, Web Parts, Controls, Workflow, Reports, User Experience enhancements, Master Pages, and Page Layouts. Familiarity with Azure and Office 365 development.
