3+ years of experience

Bachelor's degree

The ability to obtain a public trust clearance

Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively solve problems

Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to produce client-ready deliverables

Ability to effectively communicate processes and recommendations through multiple modern mediums

Comfort publicly speaking (in-person and digitally)

Actively participates in client-facing discussions and meetings and cultivates trust and business relationships with a broad group of client SMEs

Able to proactively identify risks

Ability to work independently but with oversight from management

What Would Be Nice To Have :

Advanced degree from an accredited college or university

One or more of the following certifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)

Prosci

Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)

Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Scrum Master

Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt

Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)

Experience utilizing data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) to produce dashboards and data-driven tools

Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint sites and tools

Experiences with Federal business development and the ability to perform research on key accounts to effectively qualify and scope new business opportunities
