If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Government Contract Compliance Monitoring to join our Ethics and Compliance team.Responsibilities:

Serve as a monitoring lead to conduct Expense Report, Estimating, Billing/Invoicing, Contract Closeout and GSA monitoring activities to ensure compliance with CFR, FAR, DFARS, and GSA OIG requirements

Aide in the establishment of the policies, procedures, guidelines, and tools relevant to those monitoring programs, including responsibility for development, incubation, proof of concept, implementation, reporting, and ongoing improvement, as needed

Provide monitoring to ensure remediation of non-compliance findings

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recent experience in accounting and/or estimating in a FAR/DFARS compliant program with a company that has accounting and estimating systems deemed adequate by DCMA/DCAA

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required

Intermediate knowledge of GSA contract price reduction clause monitoring requirements

Demonstrated experience in establishing internal regulatory compliance monitoring programs

Ability to research and understand various Government regulations

Excellent cross-team collaboration skills; ability to demonstrate a commitment to driving diversity, equity and inclusion at the group, enterprise, industry, or community level
