Must have hands on experience creating technical user guides. Familiarity with Confluence. Strong preference for previous experience creating technical documentation with AWS. Experience with Visio or a comparable toolResponsibilitiesOrganize material and complete writing assignment(s) per set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology. Maintain records and files of work and revisions. Improve the quality and coverage of existing documentation by utilizing appropriate documentation techniques, formats, styles and tools. Edit, standardize or make changes to material prepared by other writers or personnel. Confer with business users for specifications and to determine subject material to develop for publication.
