If so, as a Carpenter Crew Leader, you will work as a lead carpenter at our Residential projects. We are an established carpentry and painting company and have been in business for more than 15 years. We value integrity, honesty and professional attitude. Specifically, you will be:

- Experienced with general carpentry to include siding, windows, door repairs, framing, roofing, exterior/interior trim, painting, etc.

- Work with a helper that you will set up and provide with clear directions to maximize his ability

- Review and pick up materials, tools and scope of work for each job before leaving shop

- Ensure that the helper is in proper uniform and have required tools

- Communicate with the customers and project managers before, during and after the project’s completion

- Ensure all surfaces are covered with cloth or plastic for protection when applicable

- Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment

- Ensure that the project is completed within time forecast

- Complete final walk through and sign off on all completed projects and report to project manager

We are looking for an experienced carpenter with 4-5 years working as a professional in the field with a valid Driver’s License and desire to work hard. Applicants will need good leadership skills, ability to prioritize and organize, motivate, train, meet deadlines and listen.
