Service Advisor

Pro-Tech Collision Center is seeking an experienced fulltime writer/advisor with a minimum of 3 years experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

- Knowledge of CCC One or other estimating software.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Prefer I-Car or other industry training history.

- Team oriented and dependable

- Ability to maintain a high level of customer service.

- Strong organization and time management skills.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

- Prepare estimates and photos for collision repairs based on manufacturer and industry standards.

- Communicate with customers, technicians, and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

- Contact owner well in advance of completion to communicate when they can expect the repair to be completed.

- Provide necessary documentation and photos to insurance companies.

- Quality check repairs and oversee delivery of vehicle to customer.

- Reconcile and prepare for invoicing final invoices that match approved estimates.

- Responsible for ordering your own parts.
