JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for identifying, removing, and preventing mold in residential and commercial properties. This role includes conducting on-site inspections, setting up containment and air filtration systems, performing mold removal and cleaning, and documenting all work performed. Technicians must follow safety protocols, use specialized equipment, and communicate clearly with customers and project managers. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in physically demanding environments are essential.
