Our work depends on Subcontracts Administrator to provide support and subject matter expertise related to the subcontract life-cycle (but not limited to) Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Proposals, Subcontract Negotiation, Purchase Orders and Closeout.HOW A SUBCONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT :
Develops and administers subcontracts and other agreements of intermediate value and risk in accordance with client requirements and GDIT policies and procedures
Creates subcontract solicitations
Supports proposal efforts
Negotiates price/cost and subcontract or other agreement provisions, including conducting Fair and Reasonable determinations and completing Price Analyses
Reviews and routes subcontract invoices for stakeholder review, approval, and payment
Compiles reports for Subcontracts and/or Project Management
Works with other program and functional area staff
Ensures compliance with company policy, regulation, and performance parameters
Participates in and/or manages special projects as required
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education : Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree 6+ years of Subcontracts Administration or Contracts Administration experience required.
Experience : 2+ years of related experience in Subcontracts Administration or Contracts Administration experience
Required Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Security Clearance Level: No clearance needed
Location: This position allows for remote capability
Due to the nature of the work perfomed and access to restricted data, US Citizenship required

The likely salary range for this position is $63,750 - $86,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Our benefits package for all US-based employees includes a variety of medical plan options, some with Health Savings Accounts, dental plan options, a vision plan, and a 401(k) plan offering the ability to contribute both pre and post-tax dollars up to the IRS annual limits and receive a company match. Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee’s date of hire.
