As a Senior Computer Systems Analyst, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Senior Computer Systems Analyst joining our team to contribute to the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of Enterprise Case Management solutions in Pega or similar platforms.HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Provides expertise in the formulation of systems' scopes and objectives. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.

Analyzes information from system users to develop solutions that meet customer needs.

Prepares highly complex flow charts, models, and procedures.

Conducts feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.

Advises others on form design and layout activities.

Advises others on preparing systems specifications.

Develops technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.

Performs detailed analysis and systems designs.

May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.

May serve as a team or task lead.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Required Qualifications:

Required Education: Bachelors and 7+ years of experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience implementing case management solutions with the Pega Platform and Pega Express Delivery model.

Experience with modern software design principles such as building with loosely coupled parts, user centered design and DevOps.

Experience designing programming interfaces between modernized and legacy systems.

Relevant Pega Certifications.

Experience with one or more programming languages to include Java.

Experience with relational databases and database design.

Experience with the Agile Software Development Lifecycle.

Experience with unit testing and test automation within the Pega Platform.

Location: DC metro area preferred but remote applicants considered. Team members living in the DC metro need to travel to client sites in the DC metro area on an ad hoc basis.
