Small Cabinet shop seeking full time

We are a small custom cabinet shop in Charlottesville seeking a full time employee. We do high end custom cabinetry (mostly inset but also some overlay) and are looking for someone who is detail oriented, shows up on time and willing to put in a good days work. Everything we do is custom so each day will present something new to build. Must work well with others and be open to learning new techniques. Carpentry background required preferably with previous cabinet making experience. Must be able to lift heavy items such as cabinetry, plywood and lumber.
