THCA boutique dispensary searching for part time help….

Need someone capable of working 4 to 6 hour shifts several times a week between two stores

Needs to be in favor of and understand the basic tenets of capitalism

Needs to be trustworthy

Needs to be punctual

Needs to understand that retail is not scrolling on your iphone ignoring the customers

Needs to be good at time management

Needs to perform well in a high stress environment

Needs to be accountable

Needs to be 21 or older

Needs to be capable of presenting themselves in a professional manner

Needs to understand how cool it is to work in a place where you can pretty much smoke all day and relax

Job requirements will include, but not be limited to:

Opening/closing store

Greeting customers as they walk in

Familiarizing customers with our products

Assisting customers with their selection

Ringing up the customers

Maintaining full record of sales activity throughout the shift

Placing new products on the shelf

Arranging the store to maintain a tidy appearance

Reporting inventory to the owner

Hourly rate to be $20 an hour, with performance based bonuses possible
