Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Program Coordinator
Virginia, Charlottesville, 22901 Charlottesville USAThe program coordinator has responsibility for nursing hiring and resource allocation systems and oversight of hiring outcomes associated with key hiring initiatives. Contributes to organizational improvement work, nursing leadership and shared governance structures to achieve organizational priorities.Coordinates with nursing, inter-professional and support services to plan, implement and measure organization-level changes which improve patient safety, clinical efficiency, and clinical quality.
Supports hiring improvement initiatives. Leads projects as indicated.
Partners with HR for hiring initiatives.
Consults with Unit Based Leadership (UBL) to advise on hiring and new hire resources and tools applicable to specific needs as requested.
Coordinates multiple projects and work streams to achieve objectives in a timely manner.
Provides timely consultation to front line clinicians and leaders for hiring needs and system questions.
Assures efficient and effective communication of hiring initiatives to clinician stakeholders.
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
Position Compensation Range: $33.94 - $54.30 HourlyMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.Experience: Five years of progressive leadership experience which includes clinical nursing background.Licensure: Must be a registered nurse and currently licensed to practice in the State of Virginia.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThis is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers.
