Our work depends on Property Operations Sr Manager joining our team to manages government property and assets in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations.HOW A PROPERTY OPERATIONS SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Manages the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities.

Analyzes and provides guidance on the current processes and workflows to help the organization run efficiently and effectively.

Provide accomplishments, risks for Program Management Reviews (PMR), Contract Data Requirement Lists deliverables, and build reports for metrics & dashboards for the client.

Compile business strategies and annual budget plan for forward stock/inventory to achieve business targets.

Must be experienced with Property procedures, Help Now, Configuration Management Database, and Systems Applications Products.

Compliance with 10-day timelines for newly creates and retirements.

Ensure all paperwork is attached to associated asset record in Help Now and/or Systems Applications Products.

Ensure System Applications and Products pushes are done on a daily basis and all required check, and balances are performed.

Manage and maintain site stock levels, request stock once site reorder points have been reached.

Ensure all disposition of equipment and material is completed within a timely manner.

Inventory:

Prepare inventory plan for 3 large programs for IT Procurement Asset Management office; ensure team follows and completes plan.

Complete 100% inventory of property.

Ensure all changes / discrepancies are updated accordingly in Help Now / Systems Applications Products.

SCMR (Supply Chain Management Review):

Ensure all record to floor samples are validated and tagged accordingly. 3rd party validations are obtained (if applicable) at least one week prior to scheduled Supply Chain Management Review.

Provide supporting documentation upon request.

Validate and inventory all surrounding areas to prepare for the floor to record samples.

Ensure all storage areas are organized and in compliance.

Team Performance:

Demonstrate contributions to the overall performance of your team throughout the year.

Demonstrate examples of proactive collaboration with cross functional people and teams.

Train, mentor, and share knowledge across the group. Provide examples of training and mentoring provided across the program.

Participates in special projects as required.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or related years’ experience● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience in property and logistics.● Required Technical Skills: Must have MS Word, Excel, Access, Adobe, and Outlook skills. Proficient in creating, modifying, and organizing spreadsheets with large line items. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
