Seeking Commercial Cleaning Subcontractor (1099) for Blacksburg VA

WWEC, LLC is seeking reliable and professional independent cleaning contractor to partner with for ongoing commercial account in the Blacksburg area. We are a growing company offering consistent, recurring contract work and are looking for established cleaning professional who takes pride in their work and deliver top-quality service.

Schedule: 5 Days Per Week (3.5 Hours Per Day) | Monday - Friday | 6:00PM – 9:30 PM

Compensation: $900 - $1,000 (Monthly)

Position Location: Blacksburg, VA

Responsibilities

Provide commercial cleaning services according to client specifications and WWEC quality standards.

Manage workflow to ensure timely completion of assigned job.

Maintain professionalism and uphold a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of professional commercial cleaning or janitorial experience.

Valid business registration and active insurance coverage.

Reliable transportation.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results.
