Member Services Representative

Description We are in search of a Member Services Representative to become part of our team, based in Arlington, Virginia. In this role, you will be ensuring the smooth operations of our customer service functions, by handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and processing customer-related transactions. This role provides a short-term contract employment opportunity in the industry.Responsibilities: Ensure the efficient processing of customer applications Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain and update customer records accurately within our CRM system Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required Utilize computer programs to perform billing functions Process checks in a timely and accurate manner Handle inbound calls promptly, providing excellent customer service Merge customer profiles and invoices, comparing them to the existing database. Requirements Proficiency in a variety of computer programs is required. Solid experience with CRM systems is essential. Must have experience in answering inbound calls in a professional manner. Ability to handle billing functions with accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in check processing is necessary.
