Description Robert Half Management Resources is seeking an interim Controller for a non-profit client.Key responsibilities

Lead and mentor accounting team

Handle month end close

Attain a thorough understanding of essential financial results and movements across programs, then be able to summarize and discuss them with key business partners

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant field

CPA and/or CMA preferred

Federal Grant experience desired

Prior experience with NetSuite strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to manage, lead change, and build process improvements

Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
