Following assets from wafer start to shipping. You will work on a project to enhance how we operationalize day to day.Essential Responsibilities include:

Identify and drive forward a project to implement new strategies for execution

Develop and implement solutions to optimize fab and team’s performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and initiatives with business goals and priorities

Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of projects

Assist in the development of presentation content and reporting to executive leadership

Communicate and present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
