Hiring Roofers

McElwain Contracting is seeking to hire journeymen and lead roofers for our roofing division. We are a general contractor based out of Ferrisburgh, with a focus on quality and high-end projects. Our roofing division's focus is on standing seam, and we occasionally do asphalt shingles, EPDM and slate work. On rainy days we are able to keep our crew busy with inside work, making flashings, etc. Most of our work is in Chittenden and northern Addison County, (the majority is in charlotte and shelburne), though we do occasionally travel outside of that area. We offer an employer-sponsored health insurance program, dental, retirement plan, overtime pay, and wages from 25- 45 dependent upon experience.
