Your Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential community in Barre, VT. The property consists of 120 units of family housing. You will join our team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:

Participating in completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, and groundskeeping.

Utilizing the Yardi mobile app and keeping close communication with the superintendent and other staff.

Making weekly pick-ups from local vendors for the resident food pantry.

Participating in the emergency on-call rotation and snow removal.

The work hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30. Summer hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00-4:30 and Friday 8:30-2:30.

Your Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.

Knowledge of general apartment repair and some experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, custodial, and HVAC work is required.

Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is preferred.

A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
