Welder Fabricator needed (Morrisville)

We are looking for experienced welder fabricators to fill our in the field welding positions. We work all over VT constructing high end custom handrails and stair systems. Our work requires you to travel and work in finished homes, new constructions and in constantly changing locations.

As an Ideal candidate you will have a minimum of 1 year experience with Tig welding, Mig welding and stick welding.

1.) Be proficient with measuring tape and basic hand tools, speed square, framing square, Angle finder, level, drills, saws etc.

2.) Able to operate bandsaws, plasma cutter, drill press and welders, be able to troubleshoot equipment and have a willingness to solve problems.

3.) Be proficient and willing to learn mathematics, calculate angles and solve simple but complex mathematical equations.

5.) Be personable, respectable and possess a strong positive mental attitude and unwillingness to give up.

6.) Ability to weld tubular framing and maintain squareness, plumb and level.

7.) Has a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle

8.) Can get to work on time and operates on your own personal initiative.

9.) Wants to grow with a company and eventually take on a leadership role.

10.) Can lift upwards of 50 lbs.
