Residential Construction Lead Carpenter

Requirement for this position:

Exceptional communication skills, enthusiasm, and strong organizational abilities required.

Supervise laborers, carpenters, and subcontractors; interface with customers throughout projects.

Oversee all phases of construction, including framing, sheathing, wall/floor/roof assemblies, demolition, drywall installation, and finished carpentry.

Project management skills, safety protocols, and client expectation management crucial.

Extensive knowledge of tools, equipment, materials, building codes, and basic structural concepts needed.

Qualifications: 10+ years of carpentry experience.
