AI Inc has an immediate opening for a Shipping Clerk.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Summary: Responsible for ensuring that the correct items are shipped out daily to customers, as well as processing shipments through the appropriate couriers. Maintains shipping records and handles paperwork associated with shipping duties.

Essential Duties:

Packages all outgoing orders

Processes orders per schedule in ERP system

Works with Customer Service to ensure order accuracy and details.

Notifies Quality and Manufacturing of jobs due out to maintain shipping schedule.

Receives all shipments from suppliers and notifies purchasing.

Works with all shipping carriers for scheduling and pick-up activities

Maintains and organizes finished goods by FIFO in stocking area.

Maintains inventory of packaging materials.

Basic Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, ability to work independently, understanding of the FIFO system, proficient computer skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation Range DOE: $18.50-$20 hourly rate

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (4.5 day work week), No Nights/Weekends, Flexible hours.
