We hire career-minded, professional employees who work hard to deliver excellent results for our customers.Join our team as a Lawn Foreman, a leadership role that offers the opportunity to manage and direct an assigned crew in our all-electric lawn care division. Our company prides itself on delivering high-quality lawn care and gardening services to both commercial and residential properties. As a Lawn Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent physical stamina, and the ability to work in various outdoor conditions.ResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality lawn care and gardening servicesExecute mowing visits and gardening projects according to the job plan and scheduleCommunicate effectively with clients while on siteSupervise, coordinate, and schedule the day-to-day work activities of your assigned crewEnsure all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient mannerOperate various tools and equipment, including mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, etc.Conduct on-site orientations and weekly jobsite safety toolbox meetingsComplete and submit all required paperwork on a weekly basisQualificationsEquivalent work experience in a similar roleCapable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible mannerEffective communication skills (both verbal and written)Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlinesTime management skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsMust have a clean driving recordAbility to operate mobile/web applications for time tracking and project managementKnowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practicesCompensationThe wage range for this position is $25-$28/hr.BenefitsPaid holidays during active employment5 days ordinary paid sick time during the first year of employment10 days ordinary paid time off after 12 months of employmentDental InsuranceMedical/Wellness contributionCell phone stipendSimple IRA after 12 months of employmentCompany provided PPE Apply now in 2 minutes!
