Busy and established Church Street Restaurant looking for a General Manager to oversee operations. Our restaurant offers an innovative menu, crafted cocktails, and an atmosphere that blends sophistication with warm hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of 20+ staff members both FOH and BOH

Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement

Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans

Operations Oversight

Ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service

Financial Management:

Oversee all financial aspects, including P&L statements, labor costs, and revenue forecasting

Identify areas for cost savings without compromising quality or guest experience

Implement and enforce health, safety, and liquor regulations
