About Folino’s Pizza:

Folino’s Pizza creates Vermont Artisan Pizza, voted the best in the state for 3 years in a row. We specialize in naturally leavened, sourdough pizza cooked at 650-700 degrees. All our components are made from scratch from our sauce to our sausage to our ranch. We pride ourselves using high quality ingredients on our hand stretched dough. We offer a small and precise menu with a few additions to our pizza like fresh salads, appetizers, and new to Northfield, Italian sandwiches.

Our Northfield location will be offering our wonderful product through in-house dining, takeout, and delivery. We will also be offering a well rounded beer and wine list.

Open Positions

We are currently looking to build our new team in both front of the house and back of the house. Front of the house staff would be customer facing: taking orders table side & over the phone, running pizzas & drinks, and keeping the dining room tidy. Back of the house would be for pizza building, running the appetizer & salad station, and potentially cooking or hand stretching pizzas. Both positions offer room to grow as we are big proponents of cross training.

These positions can be full-time or part-time. Restaurant experience is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right person. We do require at least one weekend shift: either Friday or Saturday. If you do not have weekend availability please do not apply. Most positions require evening hours, so please keep that in mind.
