Grant’s is a fun neighborhood bar and restaurant located inside the beloved, historic Stowe Village Inn, featuring a cozy, warm dining room with dramatic outdoor views overlooking downtown Stowe through vast glass atrium windows. The outdoor patio and veranda offer seating available during warmer months. The dinner menu rotates often with exciting food and drink specials, deliciously refreshing cocktails, continuously changing craft beer selection, and a curated wine list that features bottles that are value-driven and ready for any special occasion.

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated FOH and BOH staff, including part- and full-time Servers, Bussers, and Dishwasher / Kitchen Prep staff.

Shift Schedule

Grant's is open to the public on Tuesdays thru Saturdays from 4pm-9pm. Typical dinner shifts vary based on position. FOH shifts are 3pm-8pm and 5pm-10pm. BOH shift is based around the prep and closing of dinner shift.

Qualifications

- Strong hospitality, customer service and guest services skills

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required

- Proficiency/Adaptability with POS system - TOAST

- Excellent time management skills

- Ability to sanitize work areas effectively

- Understanding of food safety protocols

Compensation

- Servers and Bussers start at $6.84/hr plus healthy tips

- Dishwasher / Kitchen Prep staff start at $16/hr
