Production Kitchen Team Member/Prep Cook

We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual with kitchen experience and a passion for local organic food to join our kitchen team!

The Roots Kitchen is an in-house production kitchen at The Roots Farm Market and makes a variety of grab-and-go breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack items for sale in the store. New team members will be involved with food preparation, cooking, packaging and labeling, kitchen organization, and cleaning. Our ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with a can-do attitude and ability to work well in individual and team settings. Reliability and positivity a must! Can be part time or full time. Shifts are usually 7a.m.-3p.m. Would ideally include at least one weekend shift.
