we have a full time position available to join our team of hardworking individuals dedicated entirely to local foods and rustic cooking inspired by the larger Mediterranean basin .
this position is not limited to one station and will focus both prep shifts and service shifts, during service you will be working mainly on cold side (or garde manger) with the flexibility to move around into different stations as ability allows.
1-2 years total kitchen experience (dishwashing, prepping, cold or hot line experience) is preferred but we are willing to train candidates with the right attitude. full-time schedule, 35-40 hours per week, nights and weekends. we have a brand new, beautiful and spacious, open kitchen with a wood fired oven at its center.
most importantly we are hoping to find someone who has a positive attitude, loves to cook, is excited to grow and learn, leaves drama at the door, is a healthy communicator and is excited about the tillerman!
this position is full time, competitive hourly plus a cut of tip pool, paid time off, plus fully paid healthcare, dental, & vision
