We are offering a full-time, year round position for a Production Chef for our food service operation/delicatessen. Rework kitchen design for production efficiency, redesign menu where needed for ready to go food items to fit our customer's needs.

We offer Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner to go to our local community and seasonal vacationers.

We are known for our home-style comfort foods. Looking to create a menu that incorporates local Vermont products as well as items that reflect current food trends and a healthy life-style.

Ability to utilize product from our different departments: meat, produce, grocery. FOOD COST ABILITY a must for menu items that change daily. Train Staff in FOH customer service and SERVE SAFE requirements.

Work along with our general manager to hire staff and organize work schedule that fits in with staff's abilities and maximize production.

Possible HOUSING available.
