The Spa Attendant ensures treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, and guest amenities are impeccably prepared throughout the day. This role combines behind-the-scenes organization with warm, discreet guest service.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, clean, and reset treatment rooms.Maintain immaculate spa, locker room, and relaxation areas.Stock robes, towels, linens, refreshments, and guest amenities.Assist with spa laundry and inventory.Support therapists and estheticians with daily operational needs.Anticipate guest needs and respond with warmth and discretion.Complete opening and closing procedures.Follow all sanitation, safety, and Forbes service standards.
