### Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a successful Airbnb rental property. The ideal candidate will be the local point of contact for our guests and will ensure that the condo is welcoming, well-maintained, and provides a seamless experience for our guests. This part-time role requires flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and a hands-on approach.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Management:.

- Provide guests with a warm welcome, such as dropping off welcome gifts or baskets.

- Be available to answer guest queries and resolve any issues promptly.

- Property Maintenance:

- Conduct pre- and post-stay inspections to ensure the property meets high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

- Help Oversee cleaning crew to confirm tasks are completed to satisfaction and the property is ready for the next guests.

- Schedule and meet service providers (electricians, plumbers, painters, etc.) when maintenance or repairs are required.

- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

- Logistics and Operations:

- Visit the property a few times a week or as needed to ensure everything is in order.

- Receive packages and mail if necessary, ensuring they are securely stored or installed.

- Manage inventory of supplies and restock essentials for guests (toiletries, kitchen essentials, etc.).

- Assemble furniture or equipment as and when new items are purchased.

- Haul away trash, debris, or old items when needed.

- Administrative Tasks:

- Keep detailed records of all actions taken, including inspections, maintenance, and guest communications.

- Report any significant issues to the property owner in a timely manner.

### Requirements:

- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service.

- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

- Ability to problem-solve and handle guest concerns efficiently.

- (optional) Basic maintenance and handyman skills.

- Ability to lift and move furniture and manage waste disposal.

- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.

- Reliable transportation to access the property as needed.

- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.

- Familiarity with Park City and the surrounding area is a plus.

### Compensation:

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. This will be discussed further during the interview process.
