Property Management Company Seeking Handyman/ Maintenance Contact

We are a Property Management company seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman with their own tools/ transportation to assist with general maintenance, repairs, unit turnovers, and move-in/move-out inspections. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing, electrical work, remodeling, general construction, and property maintenance.

Our portfolio includes 2 industrial commercial buildings, totaling approximately 57,000 square feet spread across 26 units. Property is located off W. 500 S in Salt Lake City. Candidates must be reliable, professional, and able to provide references. This position is based on time and materials only, rates to be negotiated. Guaranteed work throughout the year!
