Ensure that projects are progressing on schedule and within budget through project management and active participation in construction meetings.ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:· Analyzing current and past financial data· Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends· Preparing pitch deck and business plan for small and medium size companies· Consulting with the management team to develop long-term commercial plans· Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts· Developing initiatives and policies that may improve financial growthMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalency and four years of progressively more responsible management analyst experience; and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) and four years of progressively more responsible management analyst experience; and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required.Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.Preferences Master’s degree in Real Estate or Finance 1+ year of relevant experience in real estate finance, corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields.
