Job Description:Our client is seeking a well-rounded IT Specialist to be the first member of their burgeoning IT department as they experience rapid growth organically and through acquisition. While this person is responsible for the execution of strategy developed by the interim CIO, there is a tremendous amount of opportunity for growth with the organization as an individual contributor or potentially as a leader.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support IT services among systems, applications, and networks, including data services, help/service desk, communications networks (voice and data), and systems operations
• Provide exceptional technical support for corporate and store staff by responding to calls, e-mail, and walk-up requests. Track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution and follow-up.
• Own the device lifecycle management of computers/devices including ordering, prepping, deployment, and support.
• Assist in the development of strategies and plans to create technology solutions that are in alignment with business operations.
• Establish and managed strategic service provider partnerships
• Acquire software and hardware & related services
• Define standards for software and hardware and ensure they are followed
• Remain up to date on applicable and appropriate technology innovation
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written; able to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable with ambiguity; can handle the unexpected with flexibility

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years' IT experience, primarily focused on Infrastructure and Operational IT
