2-3 years of experience providing support for multiple online software or SaaS products and/or IT experience

Strong problem-solving abilities , Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Intercom, etc)

Technical knowledge in phone systems, VoIP, and network
