Essential Job Functions Include But Not Limited To:

Provide direct support to our Maintenance Supervisor

Must have extensive HVAC experience.

Prepare apartment homes for rental.

Maintain accurate records of all preventative maintenance, service requests and make-ready status.

Make repairs in areas such as HVAC electrical, plumbing, paint, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors, and appliances.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule,and on-call Shift(rotation)

Must have at least 3years' experience in multifamily property maintenance

Neat, clean, professional at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community.

Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the Company manual

Must be able to pass a background check with no Felonies.

Health insurance is NOT offered within the company monthly collection bonuses average from $200-$2000 per month based on your contribution to the property success and collections for that month. That should cover any insurance needs as long as you contribute significantly. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25-$27per monthPlus collection bonuses that range from $200 to over $2000 per month depending on your contribution to the Properties success. This usually covers insurance needs as well as much much more.
