Handyman / Maintenance / Landscaper $18/hr

Are you good at general handyman stuff like trim, wall repair, painting, construction, basic plumping & electric, and similar house repairs? Do you have a green thumb and like working in the yard?

I am looking for a reliable person to maintain two residential properties in NE San Antonio. This is a gig / contract position for 15-25 hours per week (during the hours of 8:30 – 3:30 M-F), not for a landscaping company or temp agency.

The responsibilities included:

General Handyman work:

Painting / sheetrock / trim work

Minor woodwork

Minor electrical

Basic home repairs

Errands

Pressure washing

General yard maintenance:

Mowing, trimming, edging

Picking up leaves & Yard clean-up

Fertilizing

Pulling weeds & Clearing branches

Trimming trees and shrubs

Yard tool maintenance

Must haves:

Relevant experience

Be able to pass a criminal background check (for violent crimes and theft only)

Reliable transportation
