Maintenance Supervisor

Immediate opening for Maintenance Supervisor in west San Antonio on 133 unit community. Job duties would include pool maintenance/ Make Readies/Plumbing/ General Maintenance. Must be HVAC certified with repair and replacement knowledge. Looking for a talented, motivated individual who is looking for a long term "work home".

Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license, minimum 5 years experience in maintenance, personal hand tools. Some weekend/evening work will be required. Employment is contingent on passing background check/ drug screen THC not tested.
