We are searching for an assistant in our back office/Admin Department. This is not a remote job. Ideal candidate would have experience working in an office environment with ability to multi-task providing assistance in research, mail room duties, monthly reports and interacting with others in our various other positions. Training provided. Quickbooks or bookkeeping experience is a big plus. We are a 20+ year old local company in the Mortgage financial sector, fully licensed by the State of Texas and we operate in Texas and surrounding states.

Additional skills we are looking for include excellent communication skills with good email writing and response, knowledge of basic Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, and knowledge of phone answering and call transfer. Ideal candidate would be a quick learner that is open to take on new responsibilities, learn our business and grow within our company. Entry level candidate will be considered, depending on background and at least some relevant experience. We use a custom software package for our operations. An ideal candidate would be well-versed in software navigating and be able to learn our software quickly (it's really not hard and follows basic Microsoft logic).
