Maintenance Technician SAN ANTONIO, TX

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day matters, completing make-ready units, handling work orders, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the overall maintenance of our multi-family apartment complex with 88 units. Your role will involve proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to uphold the quality and functionality of the property. Additionally, you will play a key role in tenant satisfaction and retention by addressing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your skills and expertise will contribute to the smooth operation and upkeep of the apartment complex.

Minimum 2+ years professional work experience.

Some computer knowledge.

Must be able to work under pressure.

Excellent organizational and time management ability.

Excellent communication and team player.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

Skills:

Plumbing.

Electrical.

Flooring.

Painting.

Sheetrock.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt and flex with the needs of the property.

Ability to set, meet goals and consistently meet deadlines.

Ability to multi-task, make quick and effective decisions.

Analyze and resolve problems.

Possess the ability to work with little to no supervision.

Able to interface with residents and vendors with a professional manner.

Notice and pay close attention to details.

Honest and punctual with business hours.

Job Type: Full time position

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (Weekends if needed)

9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Driver's License (Required)

Reliably transportation and insurance (Required)

Own tools (Required)
