Handle customer inquiries, estimates, and job proposals.

Hire, train, and manage a team of lawn care professionals as needed.

Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure top performance.

Manage budgets, invoices, and expenses to optimize profitability.

Promote the business through social media, networking, and other marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related industry.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment.

Sales and marketing experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
