Apply within at Beck Landfill, 550 FM 78, Schertz, TX 78154. Onsite, immediate interviews may occur Monday-Friday 8:00am-2:00pm.

Beck Landfill is a Type 4 Landfill used for the disposal of construction waste and landscape debris. Spotters provide directional and verbal assistance to customers who are dumping loads of material. Directional assistance is used to maintain safe traffic flow in designated dumping areas. Employees identify any prohibited items and communicate safe removal requirements to customers. Adequate training for required skills will be provided during paid orientation.

As a part of the application and pre-employment process, applicants will need to successfully pass a background check and a hair analysis drug test. Safety work boots and reliable transportation to and from the work site are required.
